During these online creative coaching video sessions, you will receive step-by-step instruction on drawing your own mandalas and guidance on how to use them as a tool for mindfulness meditation
At the end of our sessions together my hope is that you would have learned how to create your own fantastic mandalas and are using them as a form of relaxation and meditation.
Once you’ve registered you will receive an email with a password for you to access all 14 videos under My Courses. You will also receive a list of suggested supplies (all you need to start is a pen and paper) You will also have access to our private FB group where we can share in this journey together.
