During these online creative coaching video sessions you will receive step-by-step instruction on drawing your own mandalas and guidance on how to use them as a tool for mindfulness meditation
At the end of our sessions together my hope is that you would have learned how create your own fantastic mandalas and are using them as a form of relaxation and meditation.
Once you’ve registered you will receive an email with a password for you to access all 13 videos and a list of supplies. (All you need to start is a pen and paper) You will also have access to our private FB group where we can share in this journey together.
