Intuitive e painting is very much a process of letting go and self discovery ...it’s a challenging process ...by trusting the process, hanging in and pushing thorough, our critical noise becomes quieter and we open ourselves to being able to tune into the whispers of our souls. During the process we discover beliefs that might be limiting us and interfering with our dreams. We learn to challenge and replace those limited beliefs for empowering ones. We learn to regulate our emotions so that we don’t reach a point of total distress which is where we revert to old sabotaging patterns and compulsive behaviors. Art speaks where words can’t 🌸
